The new year doesn’t erase what came before it . We carry our memories, our joys, our grief, and our lessons forward. In this first episode of the year, we reflect on the passing of Dr. Sarah Hemeida’s grandmother and the way our loved ones continue to shape who we become. We talk about entering a new year with gentleness, giving ourselves grace as we set goals, and honoring the years, and people, that made us who we are.
